    Hi,

I've got a 1993 E36 316i saloon, base model, manual windows/sunroof etc, i've just bought a 1992 E36 325i saloon rolling shell, with full leather and all electrics, will i be able to transfer the window/sunroof motors over easily or is it too much hassle? I'll have the full donor car to use, and i don't mind spending a bit of time on it!!

The windows would be alot easier than the sunroof I would think, but I've never looked into the conversion at all so can't really comment fully, would be interested to see and know though

There will be a fair bit of wiring to fit in for the windows as you would have to wire in the comfort relay e.t.c

quick update, electric sunroof fitted and fully operational!!

It only took 2 wires to install, all done in less than half an hour!, I'll put together a quick guide when i get some spare time and post it in the 'how to' forum

the rears will be a pain as the connection is a screw in type, not a simple plug so to do it so its stock will take a bit of forward planning
