I know this has been done to death but cant find the answer im looking for...

Basically, bought an 18 OBC of Fleabay and replaced it with my 8 OBC.

Only thing is, when i plug my black lead into the black spcket on the 18 OBC it does nothing! Not even light up or anythin!

I'm going to eventually get round to re-wiring the full white loom into the dash but though i could cheekily get away with just the clock for time being.

Is this normal for it not to work only on black loom or is the OBC DUFF???

    TIA,

    Dan
