    bmw saloon 4 door 320i 1991 J plate

i bought my bimmer as is and was told the m3 style mirrors that are fitted were manual mirrors but have recently discovered they are electric ones with amber and blue indicator lights.and i need help wiring them up for the movement realy need to know what wires to connect to in the car as there is no plug just a few loose wires and thats it i have got the mirrors to move certain directions but not properly so was wondering if anyone out there is a bit more knowledgable about bmw and electrics to give me a hand.

    m3 mirrors wires

    for motor
    1x black
    1x white
    1x yellow
    1x green

the car has 4 wires unattached

2x blue one has blk stripe the other has white i think
    1x brown
    1x black with white stripe

ive tried a number of combinations and still no real joy

They not M3 mirrors, sorry they are after market ones.M3 mirrors do not have indicators on them-You could try running a wire for the indicators on the wings-through the doors and connect them to the Mirror lights-see if that works

I have no experience of M3 replica mirrors.
The standard mirrors have one motor and a solenoid clutch.

    The motor wires are
    black/white and blue white

    The solenoid wires are
    blue/black and brown

No idea how your replica mirrors are configured.
