having some problems with my washer jets comming on automatically and after a long look and stressful driving, ive decided there is something wrong with the relay or module.
Can any one tell me where the relay or module is located for the wipers/washer jets?
    thanks

Are you talking about headlight washer jets or front window washer jets?

The relay controlling the washer pump is K5. That again is controlled by the A5 relay module, etc.... .

A5 sits in the side panel below the left door. K5 sits in the relay box in the engine room - I think it is the centre one right behind the row of fuses (that is the case in an 850).

As usual there is a whole lot of potential fault sources. I assume that the wipers don't come on automatically and erratically, only the washer jets...? (If the wipers also start it is a different ball game).

That's module K5. It sits in the floor panel below the left door. Before doing anything drastic try using a contact cleaner spray on the connectors.

Do you have a wiring diagram or Electronic Troubleshooting Manual (ETM) for your car? If not, send me your email address and I'll send you the 1994 version. It contains some useful pages showing all the component locations plus all wiring diagrams (not always correct but close enough to be useful ).
