buy a compl;ete set of eibachs and get the lot fitted all round by any decent mechanic and you will have a lot better car for not a lot more than the dealers want for the rears

Please tell me more....what's special about them...and what is the advantage of 'normal' springs?

£80 for wishbone bushes inc parts is AMAZING! i was just talkin about labour - i paid £60 but thinkin about it now, with the right tools on a ramp could be done real fast - btw get oem (lemforder), meyle hd or m3

eibachs are supposed to be better quality with better handling but i wouldnt buy a set and fit all 4 just for 1 broken spring - the fronts are a LOT more work. if your looking to save some money, i would try a local breakers and ask them to fit

    Hi,

The £80 was part of a long conversation on the phone - he may have been talking about just replacing a single dodgy bush....not even sure how many there are on a single wishbone? In either case, as the friend of a good friend I feel inclined to trust him....

    Cheers,
    Andy
