Had to take the rear wheels off the 39 to adjust the handbrake and as I only have one trolley jack getting both sides up was a problem, and I don't subscribe to the diff being jacked on.
What I found was that jacking on the front jacking point once the front wheel was about 3-4" off the ground the back came up also allowing a axle stand to be put under the rear jacking point.
Do the same on the other side and there you go.

Point worth note: I have made some hardwood blocks that locate in the jacking point oblong hole and also locate on my axel stands. Nothing fancy as I am no carpenter just 6 wood screws and 4 pieces of sawn wood.
After all that plastic jacking point is hard & slippy and the metal of the axle stand is just as bad and I like to be safe.
