Hi fokes, I'm new to the forum. I need to remove the back suspension arm on my e36 in order to get a new wheel bearing pressed it. I am stumped how to remove the handbrake cable. I've managed to remove the pads but I'm left with a cable which has some fitting on the end which wont fit through the hole in the wishbone.

    Any Advice?

Unscrew the cable from the handbrake. It's only two small nuts and the whole cable will pull out with the trailing arm. Much easier!
