    have found the flo-flex guys here, worth a chance or pro-flex worth the extra?

    Shocks are always softer on bump than rebound. That allows the wheel to go up into the arch on the outside of the bend as it takes the weight relatively easy. However, if shocks are adjustable, and most older ones are only adjustable on rebound not bump, you may be able to do it. Only other thing is stiffer anti roll bars as that basically uses the other side of the car as the wheel comes down to fight the outside wheel going up.

    yet again helpful, so payin £53 for poly is a waste of time? may aswell just take the hit till i can get full roll bars? massive helpful! think I'm gonna lift for now and accept it, then when anti roll kit and M3 bumpers come in will drop again proper, thanks for all the help guys, proper helpful forum, love it!!

    All I'm saying is if at rest the anti roll bar drop links are more or less vertical and the anti roll bar is probably sloping down a bit it won't have effectively shortened the distance form the arb mount to body to mounts to drop links that much so won't have altered the leverage much. If you wanted to put a number on the difference in effectiveness you would have to draw it out on paper. If your anti roll bar is sloping at a really silly angle then shorter links will make a noticeable difference

    i fitted a strut brace up front on mine and it helps no end with front end handling

    that was on my shopping list for next month anyway, will give that a whirl and check drop links for wear and roll bar positioning, thanks guys

    Am noticing a trend where there's loads that fit the M40 but none seem to be for the M43 :(
