after spending £130 on alignment and having all four tyres balanced ....AGAIN my steering still isnt straight..
the car will go in a straight line and there is know pulling sensation as such but in order to make the car go straight you hae to turn the steering wheel slightly to the right. its like the steering wheel isnt on straight and is odfficially driving me nuts... if i let go of the steering wheel it will go to the left but it doesnt get snatched out of my hands like
i am also getting slight steering wheel wobble at all speeds, however it is more noticable at higher speeds... 80mph for example
when we had all the snow, the car developed a sticking caliper on the passenger front brake... i took it to my local garage and had new discs, pads and had the sticking caliper greased up
also... A20 RYM has pointed out that both front tyres have got high and low spots on the inner edges... the passenger side is worse..
the front lower control arm rear bushes have been replaced for poly bushes as they were worn out about 3 weeks ago as well
i appreciate this is getting quite complicated
i think the possible causes are as follows
- sticking caliper again... causing wheel vibration and gripping the left caliper slightly causing the car to pull to the left slightly
- tracking not done properly (needs doing again) and the high and low spots on the tyres are giving the steering wheel vibration
- wheel balancing? although this has been done 4 times in the last 2 months by to different companies..
PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP AS IM DOING MY NUT IN HERE
