I'm looking to replace all 4 discs and pads on my '01 325ci. The discs are pretty worn, and I have got the brakes to fade quite a few times now, so thinking something vented/slotted would make a bit more sense for a more 'spirited' driving style.

I know there are about a million and one variations on pad/disc set ups. Considering I'm on a (slightly) tighter budget, has anyone got any recommendations on what would be worth a look?

    Cheers

I got a full set of drilled and grooved with pads for my 325 vert, cost about £180 from mtec brakes, not had any issues with them

Very nice, and £180 does sound reasonable for all four with pads. I'm not sure if the rear ones are the same unit as the handbrake drum, is this so?

Also, where can I get these from?
