Hi there, I am wanting to fit Wilwood 4 pot calipers onto e36 325 hubs. I know I am going to need wheel spacers to get the wheels to fit but in order to know what size caliper pistons to order I need to know the master cylinder diameter. Does anyone know the diameter as have googled it without success?

Hi M3wheels, my experiences with big brake conversions are this...

Fit the brakes and then find a wheel to fit, not find a wheel and then make modifications to make the wheel fit around the brakes as it only ends in disappointment.

My recommendation is to contact Matt Auty at South West Tyres for further information as this is his specialityhttp://swtyres.co.uk/contact/

i think he is asking whether his existing master clinder will push enough brake fluid into his proposed 4 pots to maintain a good pedal feel
    what i've felt,what i've known
never shined through in what i've shown.

Hi guys thanks for all the replies, think I should have added a bit more detail - I am building a tube chassis'd street / drag strip car that is using E46 10 spoke 18" M3 wheels (hence my user id) and E36 hubs and struts. Wheel and strut mount location isn't a problem, 328mark was on the right track I am looking to replicate decent pedal travel and feel. Ronnie - cheers for the M3 diameter where did you find that info?
A20 RYM thanks for that link I will give it a look
