Hi mate, i got the fronts from BMWMINIPARTS. About £100 for the pair i think, cheaper that BMW.

The rears i got from C3 BMW about £20ish, reinforced ones. & i got Z3 reinforcement plates form BMW.

Probably done a good 80 miles just pottering around. The front has dropped down a bit but the back still doesn't feel quiet right. but not installed quiet right tho & sitting high. yeah feels a bit firmer than when first fitted.

hopefully have all sorted tomorrow. will report back
