    Im looking at getting a set of coil over springs, but has anyone every brought of used any of these make
    Technix
    Prosport
    Venom fx
    LO suspension
    please can you give me some feed back as i need a budget band as funds abit low and have to replace my dampers

    To be honest mate they are all going to be naff.

    If you are on a tight budget, buy stock stuff from GSF or Euro car parts..... more than likely it will be better!

    i would buy a spring and shock set H+R cup kits are ok for reasonable money.

    Whatever you do dont go for Technix. Harsh ride and aftercare is non existent.

    iu have these on my E36 and the ride is brilliant not harsh os sloppy just right and aftercare i cant say anyhitng for that as ive never had to call them or hottuning the forum vendor

    I have ta technix on my e36 and they seem fine. You have nothing to loose even if u just run them for a year and upgrade when budget allows.

    You may need 5mm spacers on the front though
