My 3 series E46 has now done 80,000 miles and the suspension feels like it needs replacing... it's feeling a bit soggy! I don't really want to lower it as I have to drive over lots of traffic calming speed bumps every day, but I wouldn't mind getting some slightly stiffer springs to reduce the body roll in the corners. Has anybody got any suggestions as to the best springs to go for?

Also, would it be worth replacing all of the shocks at the same time?

    Thanks :-)

h+r cup kit will lower by about 15mm but the ride is very good and a colossal improvement over the mtec stuff.

Thanks :-) Do you have a link to where I can get this from? I've had a good look round but everything I can find seems to lower it much more than 15mm?

the cup kit lowers 35mm over standard but as yours is a coupe its already got the mtec springs which are -20 hence how you get a lowering of 15mm. Its available from various retailers i used motorsport world who are great but someone else may have it cheaper.
