Value for money the BMW Performance kit seems to be the best value for money. Straight bolt on. But shop around as i have seen the kit for £580 +vat. You would also get a full 2 year BMW warranty with it too.

    Morning all,

Still after a BBK for my E90 320d!

Does anybody have any recomendations, without spending a fortune? Still swayed towards the BMW Performance set-up.

If anybody knows where I can get a set, please let me know?

    Gaz.

I'm not sure where you can get them though I heard it's around about £1k for the total set up but I might be wrong.

I viewed a 330D 55 plate I've agreed a sale on yesterday which has these on sat behind 19" M3 CSL alloys.

I gave them a test and they held up well (has contisport 5's on it I think so good rubber too). I'm not sure how far I could push them as I didn't get a good chance to test them thoroughly. Though I like brakes which bite from cold as lets face it going down the motorway and suddenly you have to slam the anchors on I want good results then as well as when I'm having a hoon and cooking them.

The setup on my Clio 182 is fantastic though that's a small light french hatchback with Brembo HC discs, DS2500's & braided lines.

I'm not sure how much replacement discs & pads come in for this set up, I think about £3-400 for discs & pads per pair from Tarox. Or if you could just use OEM pads & discs should you ever want to.

If you can wait a couple of weeks I can give you my opinion of them once I've driven the car a bit?

    The rears:

I can pop up a front shot from the dealers site tonight if you want.

(The alloys are being refurbed as they have some minor kurbing)

Edit: I found somewhere selling the kit for £925 pcbc.com or somthing similar to that but can't find it again!

    Edit2: http://www.ppcgb.com/BMW/3-Series-E9...mo1230-ct1238/

Worth calling to see what it includes.
