apologies first if i go on with my self a bit as i am trying to understand it my self.
I am very new to this and having a BMW, it would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help on my situation i have and get some impartial advice.
My knowledge on cars is not great and this is my first BMW so any advice would be a great help to me.
I purchased a 2005 BMW 3 series 318i SE 2 weeks ago now and loving everything bout it, but i noticed after i picked up a bit of speed and turning the steering was going to the left i thought this was just needing a wheel alignment so took it to national tyres they then informed me i have wrong tyres on the back, as the front 2 are run flats and the back to are standard tyres and tried to get me to buy 4 brand run flat tyres as the front 2 are coming to the end of there legal life. saying if i do not change the back 2 to run flat (these are brand new tyres put on only 3 weeks ago) that i will have a crash and basically trying to frighting me into buy new tyres. Also i noticed the front 2 are run flat 205/55/16/91h and the back 2 are standard are 205/55/16/91w. when i put on the reg of my car on any tyre website it says i need 225/45/17/91w. so as you can guess i am very confused on all of this.
If anyone could help me on this matter advising me on the best thing to do in terms of what tyres to put on and what size and making sure the steering does not veer to the left any help on this would be greatly appreciated and some impartial advise would be so helpful.
