    thats the very rusty looking one the sits horizontally through the drop link that is connected to the spring seat via the fixing bracket with the 2 bolts? yes?

    so hopfully if i undo that side, the car will raise another 10mm, meening it was the arb thats twisted. if nothing happens then i will live with the spring pad.

    For 10mm, I would just run with the spring pad
    E46 330i Touring (Sold)
