    Looking at getting some of these as im finding the ride on my current setup to harsh, will they fit? If so, are they difficult to fit?

    What set up have you currently got? must be harsh to be worse then coilovers.
    The rear shock and spring are easy to fit and the front strut isnt rocket science.

    I have M3 suspension with lowered springs and its enough to rattle my fillings out

    its not too hard to replace the suspension
    but you may need the uprated anti roll bar links as well
    my old corrado had springs with standard shocks and after a year i wondered how i still had a back left (the handling was amazing though ), the iS even with the hottuning coilovers at the lowest setting its a million times better, it made me wonder how i put up with the wooden blocks for suspension on the corrado

    Yeh i know what you mean mate. Its nice being able to chuck the car about but, it does come at a cost.
