    just having a look at a m3 csl, reading the technical literiture noticed it used the disc's and calipers off a e39 m5, would this be a good brake upgrade on the standerd m3 and to take it one further could this be done to a standerd ci

    Difficult to a standard E46 as you would need the hubs from the M3... and if you have the hubs from the M3, your Ci suspension doesn't fit...

    If you get some decent disks and pads from one of our forum vendors here http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/f132/ along with some decent brake hoses and fluid you will not need anything else - they are brutal if set up well
