    Hi,ive got a 2001 325i auto,i want to lower it as it sits to high,problem is money or lack of it!i was thinking that i would get some lowering springs now fit them and when i can afford it then get some shocks,any thoughts on what i should go for?

    eibachs are the ones to go for. You'd be better off saving up and do the job properly at once

    Although if your not dropping it more than 30-40mm I think standard shocks would do.

    another vote for eibach from me!

    i fitted eibachs on my e46 compact and I can't fault them, very good ride even on standard shocks and worth every penny
    E46 325ti Sport
    Lowered 50/40 on Weitec springs
    18" staggered BBS RS-GTs

    Pioneer MVH-8200
    Focal Polyglass 5.25" 130VB components
    Alpine MRP-M650 Monoblock with Alpine Type R 10"
