Hi just try'd fitting apex spring dropping it by 35mm, the problem is the lowered spring is sitting taller then the standard spring, on the rear, meaning To get the lowered sponge in I had to drop the spring carrier on to the driveshaft, but I'm not able to bolt it back up as the spring is alot taller, any ideals???? Also is this right I have a gap of 65mm between my front arch and tyre of my genuine mv1?

You should just put a lever bar in and pull down the rear hub and then slide the rear spring in. See here. http://www.bimmerforums.co.uk/forum/...prings-t30406/
