if you've changed springs before and have a set of spring compressors then you'll be fine.

spring and shock are independant on the rears so will take you less than 15mins per side.. fronts are same as any other car, pop the whole strut out, replace springs, reassemble.. job done

I've moved this into the chassis section

When changing springs, especially on an 11 year old car, I recommend you also change...
    - front top mounts
    - bottom pinch bolt (the bolt that holds the strut to the hub - 1 per side)
    - rear lower shock bolt (1 per side)

The bolts cost pennies, the top mounts are available from the likes of EuroCarParts (go for Lemforder) cheaper than a main dealer.
