Got mine fitted yesterday, really plesaed with the results, I forgot to take measurements before but there is an obvious difference, I'd say about an inch at the front and about 15mm at the rear.

Car looks so much more aggressive now, I haven't driven it hard yet to see if the handling is greatly improved but the ride appears unchanged ie no harsher.

My mate who is a mechanic fitted them, as others have said the rears are a breeze, I could have done them but the fronts are a pain in the hole, the shape of the springs dont really suit spring compressors so we ended up lining up the strut with the spring on it then pushing the whole lot up from the bottom using the weight of the car on axle stands to compress the spring, it was a bit hairy but it worked a treat. Will post some picks asap.

Would 100% recommend these. My n/s/r coil was broken but I didn't suffer any of the arb probs others have.

They normally take a few weeks to settle, after which a KDS is recommended!

Meant to say the two front springs must have been replaced fairly recently so if anyone wants two nearly new front springs and can come and collect them they can have them for FREE!

i found the same thing re the front springs...as they compressed they pushed the compressors off lol...resorted to putting one jaw under the spring seat on the shock.
as was mentioned...give it a couple of weeks to settle then have a 4 wheel alignment done to get the camber angles sorted
    what i've felt,what i've known
never shined through in what i've shown.

I take it I wouldn't need to go to BMW for a KDS II again? I got one done before and it was the best part of £200. Can you recommend somewhere? I would be loathed to take it to kwik fit etc but they seem quite cheap (probably with good reason?)

Just out of interest, does your car have the standard suspension or the m-sport? I'm hoping to fit the Eibach springs this weekend but not sure how much of a drop they give you if you are running m-sport suspension like mine currently is.
