    basically, i have 19s on my coupe. they some times scrape, is it possible to get some stiffening (but non lowerd) springs or shocks??? or possibly some highering shocks??

    has your car been lowered already if it has try some standard springs . where do they rub ?

    u could try some thicker spring pads, would be the most simple option.

    not sure if it is lowerd. it is rubbing on the inner wheel arch plastics when i go over a bad bump or if some on is sat in back. where would i get thicker spring pads from??? how much u rekon~???

    reckon it might be dodgy trailing arm bushes...is the problem worse while cornering?

    errm alittle yeah. not 100% sure the wheels r for a e46. think they mayb off a 5series??? could they be too wide?

    thats a big possibility...the offsets for a 5 series will put the edge of the wheels outside the arches.
    the offset (et) will be stamped on the wheel somewhere...maybe on the back.
    if its 15-25 then its 5 series...3 series are 39-50 ish

    yeah they r deffo 5series. but iv just spent £600 on tyres wuuups
    so is there any way i can stiffen or even higer the suspension???
