    yep mine are staggered I am not sure what J they are but I think it's 8 and 8.5

    I think its ok on 8.5"rims but 9.5" suposidly catch when lowered and you have people in the back.

    not sure, I have never had anyone in the back since I changed them.

    a bmw delaership will be able to tell you what the drop is with bmw sport springs.

    Mine wernt i went to see them before they said the only way you can get m sport springs if if u have a m sport and the couldnt say how much lower they were more like couldnt be bothered

    If you go to the parts department and the guy behind the desk is nice, you can get a spec sheet printed out of what the car came with when it came from factory. The MTech suspension is about 15mm or 20mm lower than standard.

    My car is an SE model i needed an Mtec chassis number tho wouldnt i?
