Hi all I've purchased some new vented disc's for the front and before fitting I noticed something odd and was wondering if it was there for a reason but I'm very worried about it and just wanted some opinions on this, (am in the progress of trying to get them to send another set).

I have added 3 pic's of looking down into the vents and you can see the inner faces have been machined out making edges of the disc's 3mm thick and has been machined down about 6mm into the disc hope this makes sense to all.

99.9% sure they are a bad set!

I haven't said where I got them as not sure if that is right to do so??

    many thanks for any help.

    I'm 100% sure that's normal.

    It is from balancing them.

As "the end" says...its normal, its how they balance them...they cant add weight so they remove it from the opposite side..
