Im Wondering how easy it is to fit Brembo Calipers from E31 to E36 and what parts are all needed..

    I Suspect :

    Brembos Calipers
    E36 M3 Master Cylinder

But what disks to use as in offset and size ?

Any more info on it would be great thanks

When you say M-sport, you mean a 328?

If so, you'll want the M3 hubs too. I think the set up then uses e46 M3 discs.

    certain 840is, possible the 840cis,
I think a few e38 7 series came out of the factory with them too, but they might have been the "protection" bulletproof ones.
The 850 didn't come with them at all, so it looks like BMW classed the 840 as the sportier of the 2 models.

For a regular e36, you can use e46 328 discs, and the e46 328 calliper carriers, with you original calipers, or an e46 330 discs set up using both the calliper and carrier from the 330.
