    hi guys i have been looking at some coilover kit and some have the rear shocks with the spring fitted to them
    so if i was to go for them would i just pull out the old rear springs or leave them in

    think you can get as you describe but its only expensive track suspension and there if other work needed for them to fit ie a lot or re-enforcing etc

    Some of the guys that track their cars on 318ti.org have fitted complete rear coilovers instead of the usual seperate spring and shock. Not really sure about the benefits of it though tbh.
