I have been reading through previous threads on the forum about the springs on the E36 M-tech 318is coupe being 15mm shorter than the standard 318is coupe, people have fitted standard springs to their M-tech and it sits to high...
I am struggling to find a set of lowering spring for my M-tech 318is coupe, when looking for a set of 40mm/60mm springs it excludes the M-tech from all spring manufacturers.
Is this because if i do purchase a set of 60mm springs for a standard 318is coupe and fit them they will only lower my car 45mm due to the 15mm lower ride height as standard?
Obviously the manufacturers can get introuble for false advertising if they say lowers 60mm and it only lowers an M-tech by 45mm? So do you think they just say excludes the M-tech for any hassle....
Surley if a standard set of springs fit the M-tech an upgrade for the standard coupe will?
I don't know wot does anyone else think?
