Eibach are my advice, probably the most expensive at circa £145 p/set but they are egineered very well.

I doublt you'll be able to find Boge springs, so forget that.

H&R also hve a decent reputation and are easily sourced from Eurocarparts. About 20-40mm max is fine, on BMWs the drops can vary between front and rear but going for something like Eibach & HR you can be sure they'll be well engineered to compliment the chassis.

My Boge Turbo springs make the chassis more taught, no roll but without sacrificing any comfort. This is where proper engineering quality shows! If you buy decent quality items, ytou buy once! buy cheap crap - you end up buying twice!

Avoid the basic stuff like GSFCP's own brand, Spax etc.. they are cheap and for Max Puppets. Such springs have no worthwhile engineering and will screw your ride up.

Ive had the Eibachs on my 325 for two weeks now and cant reccomend them enough. They give a firm ride but not too harsh. It took a week before they settled in but im very very happy with them.
I actually got them on DSK's recommendation

As per the PM, Jamex are max powered puppet springs, again a bit of a name within this sector but they have no pedigree or engineering advantages to ensure the ride of the car is not b@stardised.

Cancel the Jamex order, trust me, you'll only go to the expense of fitting them, scrapping them and then buying a decent set!!

As for obtaining them, they are easily available from many tuning outlets on the internet, perhaps even pay any tuning car shops in your area a visit!
