    I have a '96 318is coupe - does a front top mounted strut brace make much difference ya reckon? or should i spend my 30 quid down at weatherspoons??!?

    for 30 you cant really go wrong. they can help tyre wear, torsional stiffnes etc etc so will help keep the wheels flat in cornering and the like.

    cool. curry night at weatherspoons can wait..... no point in engine mods with a small engine. stopping and cornering all the way!!

    x-brace is better than strut brace although strut brace will help

    sorry to dig up a old thread, ive been trying to find a strut brace for a 318is m44 with tc and cant seem to find one, help please.
    stanced vert OEM BABY! when verts go mad

    I just bought one for my e36 328i with traction control, and after i won it i read that some can't be fitted if you have traction?? can someone please explain why for me?? i know i sound a little dumb.. but i never realised there where different types..??

    just a guess but maybe there is a fouling issue with the tc stepper motor???
    what i've felt,what i've known
    never shined through in what i've shown.
