    Hi Guys,

I'm soon to be upping the brakes on my 328. I've heard for the 330 mod etc, it's worthwhile upgrading to an M3 master cylinder and servo. So I just have a few questions:
    • Is there any difference between the M3 3.0 and Evo master cylinder and servo?
    • Are both of them a direct replacement - or will I have to faff about routing brake and clutch pipes?
    • Is it ok to upgrade the servo etc prior to the caliper upgrade (will it just mean a firmer pedal)?

    Cheers,
    Michael

    I think it's 3.0 for pre '95 cars

So you will need a EVO one

Also it's not quite a straight fit - one of the pipes has to be bent slightly... nothing major though

No prob's changing it before the M3 master cylinder is just bigger bore so just moves more fluid.

    Thanks.

Makes it easier for me - most of the parts available from breakers seem to be Evo ones anyway.

Don't supposed anyone has documented the upgrade (if not, I'll add it to my project to do list)?
