    Hi,
Iv got a 328 touring and iv started doing track days in it. The only let down was the brakes fading after a couple of laps. What would be the best direction to take when it comes to upgrading them? Hopefully someone can help Cheers!!

any moisture in the brake lines will soon boil and become steam, under track conditions...change of fluid helps.
standard pads might go off too...try a harder compound like ebc yellow or redstuff...or ferodo ds2500.
if you want to uprate your calipers then it becomes a question of how much have you got to spend?

Iv got braided hoses and dot 5 fluid to go on the car. Part of my problem is so many different brands of brakes, which ones are any good. Im also looking into an m50 manifold instalation. Where can i find a ready modified item?

    that'll need another thread tbh

different brands?...go with the ones that have a good rep then...not heard much against black diamond discs, nor against ferodo ds2500 pads.

M3 calipers will fit iirc. Im not sure if you need M3 suspension legs as well though...
A20 RYM is the man to confirm it though as he has done this himself.

Otherwise, (and still get a good result) get a quality race oriented Dot5 brake fluid (demon tweaks) and some braided lines (where the flexis are that go into the caliper)

Also, some Tarox pads or as Mark says, EBC pads will make a huge difference.

We use EBC turbo groove discs front and rear and EBC greenstuff pads with goodrich braided hoses. Really impressed with the quality.

M3 hubs, calipers, discs and front shocks otherwise the front wheel is pushed towards the front bumper
