dont know if im posting in the wrong section here but sorry if i am.

im buying a new set of 18 inch alloys for my bmw and also coilovers.

im wondering whether i will need to roll my arches or anything to lower it on them?

if not could i have some pics of people bmw's on 18 inch alloys and coilovers.

It is advisable to have your arches rolled in my opinion. Better to have too much room than find you don't have enough:thumbsup

The only trouble I ever had fitting wheels to my E36 Coupe was when I was fitting 18x8.5J wheels fitted with 225/40 18 tyres all around.

It's just the lip on the REAR arches that requires the attention.

Also be aware that some coilover kits require the use of spacers to obtain a maximum drop on the front:thumbsup

thanks A20 RYM. yer im currently on 18 inch ac schnitzer wheels with 225/40/18 tyres and the car is great when you have people in the back, the alloy always fits straight under the rear arch. only problem is when you hit a large bump or ditch in the road it just lets off a lil scrape noise.
