I have an E36 318is, its lowered on coilovers all round, which are wound all the way down.

Think its time to uprate the top mounts, and rear shock absorbers.

Can anyone suggest items that i could use? Have heard E46 rear topmounts are a straight swap, does it matter which model?

Can i fit E36 M3 eccentric top mounts to the front?

And if anyone has any other suggestions to upgrade i'd love to hear them

The world is your oyster here Mark...

If cost is not an issue I would fit these to the rear..http://www.ca-automotive.co.uk/singl...pZD0xNg==.html

E36 M3 top mounts are a good upgrade, but if your car is right down on the coilovers they give hell of a negative camber. It will handle like its on rails, but front tyre wear will be rapid.

    These http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-E36-318i-3...item5190e8d992
Will dial out any negative camber from the lowering job and are fully adjustable.

Personally I have a set of m3 top mounts ready to go on mine and will put up with the tyre wear...

If you are not gonna go for the rogue rear top mounts, i would fit a set of these with the e46 mounts...

I did have a pair of those, but gave them to another user when I fitted the Rougue engineering rear mounts. Fitting those plates saves the rear turrets from stress cracks...
