Once that is removed, then hopefully you will be able to get your drum off. But I suspect you will need to push the pads back using the tooth tool. Screwdriver may work but will be a lot of hit or miss on the teeth.
Can't wait to be able to park on hills. My gf lives on a hill and I have to park a whole street away because the car can't hold its own weight on the handbrake....
Where can I buy one of these tooth tools? I have a '95 316i and cannot get the brake drums off.
