    hey all

Im looking to upgrade to the M3 top mounts on front and E46 rear top mounts for extra caster then gonna run H&R Springs 35mm F,20mm R combined with Bilstein B8 dampers.
Has anyone run this set up before? also what thinking of uprated polyurethane bushes from SuperFlex or Powerflex, but i had a look and if im completely honest i don't know what im looking at/for if anyone could help shed some light on the matter that would be great
    thanks

All of that should be fine, M3 3.0 topmounts give extra caster, M3 3.2 give positive camber unless you put them on the opposite side of the car.
The E46 rear topmounts don't do anything, but are more durable.

There's unlikely to be much of a difference between brands on poly bush, certainly not in the same scale as standard rubber vs poly.

Aim for the eccentric front control arm bushes for more caster.

Any place that will sell the poly bushes will also have an eccentric set listed.
The strongest rear top mounts were the ones used on the CSL, but they were also found on a lot of the E46 cabrios too.

You can get metal ones but you shouldn't really need it unless you are doing a lot of very bumpy rallys.
