I have moved this thread to the correct forum:thumbsup

When I lowered my 318is coupe 60mm on 18" wheels and 225/40 18 tyres it rubbed the rear arches. This was mainly due to the offset of the wheel that was being used at the time.

I had the rear arches rolled and I have never had an issue since. To date I have had 2 sets of 19" and my current set of 20" wheels and tyres fitted:thumbsup

PS When lowering a car, if you exceed 40mm then you should replace your shocks for ones that have a shortened dampening rate. I chose the G-Max Sports Suspension Kit that had these included and I was very happy with the product.

You could check out our forum vendors hottuning as they do an extremely good value for money coilover kit for your car.

IIRC it's approximately £195:thumbsup
