1992 E36 320i SE - Front Suspension MOT Failure

Gents, I have just taken my E36 320i for a MOT, and though it failed on some bushes ABS and fog light bulb, the main worry I have is the fouling that both front wheels are doing on the chassis:

MOT listing:
Nearside front tyre fouling a part of the vehicle
Offside front tyre fouling a part of the vehicle

Its obviously that the previous owner had it lowered, but didn't do it correctly.

Anything I should know about??
I do not know the make of the suspension used, but surely this can be adjusted to stop the fouling, whether steering or suspension geometry??

Thanks for any info in advance.

Depends mate, if they've fitted adjustable suspension - it might be quite easy to fix.

But, equally, they may have just cut the springs down. :eek

Take a wheel off and post some pictures of the suspension and where it rubs. :thumbsup

A picture of the running of the tyre.

I have spoke to someone about spacers, but not too sure about this.

Both sides are the same, slight rubbing of the insdie of the wheel arch, the tyre itself, isn't wearing down.

Any help gents would be greatfully recieved, and I'll put a good word forward to Santa :hihi

Left of picture is to the rear of the car
