Iwas bleeding the brakes after changing the rear brake pads with my wife pumping the pedal. I tightened the right back bleed screw and told her to pump the pedal 5-6 more times. On pump 4-5 she said the pedal went all the way to the floor and would not build up anymore pressure. I tried to bleed the rest of the system but had the same result. I checked the lines for leakage, replaced the seal between the booster and master cylinder, bench bled the master cylinder and checked the vacuum valve. When I run the engine and press the brake it bogs down. This says to me its a vacuum leak. I found a good price on a remanufactured booster and I think my old one is the problem. Can the Vacuum cylinder inside the car leak and make a crazy hissing sound? This is the end of my knowledge. Any advice would be awesome!!

The brake booster servos can leak, but I would be looking at the rubber vacuum hose that supplys the vacuum to the servo. These do split and the pedal goes rock hard...
