Very interested in this as I'm doing a similar build on my 2.8 Z3. What sort of management will you be running? Can you remap the std ecu or run a piggy back? Also is the charger direct drive or have a clutch?

I am interested in this project also. I would like to do a similar favor for my 2.7 E30. I have an Eaton M62 on the shelf, and a TEC-3 engine management waiting as well. Just a matter of time, which is always an issue. I have opted to fit the car with a turbo for the winter, as I had more of the components on the shelf for that project, and there is less machining required, since everybody is selling aftermarket parts to ease the process. I have to admit, however, I am not a big fan of turbocharged vehicles, but "force-feeding" the M20 has been a back-burner objective for me, for a while now. I will be spending plenty of time at the milling machine this winter; fabricating the parts required to pressurize it with the Eaton.
A couple of questions, if you don't mind: What is the displacement flow of the 230 supercharger? What are your drive pulley sizes? Will you be using an intercooler, or direct feed?
Best of luck with your project, and may all other vehicles pull to the shoulder, in awe of your passing.
