It is just too much effort (read cost) , much better to find a straight bolt on kits like the Atlanta ones Downing/Atlanta Inc. they are expensive but have minimal instalation costs

the Eaton m45 off a mini and the DA one (Eaton MP62) will be to small for your 3.0 engine, you need something like the Eaton m90. you need to match the s/c flow rate/output with your engine capacity otherwise you will be wasting your time

The Eaton M45 from the mini pumps 750cc/rev and becomes innefficient over 12K, so it really only works well on engines up to 1.8L.
You can scream it up to 15K but the efficiency drops to 50% and then you're just heating air rather than pumping it (done that!)

Eaton M62 used on Mercedes C230k pumps 1033cc/rev
Eaton M90 used on old Jag XJR (6 cyl) and Buick 3.8 V6 pumps 1500cc/rev
    Eaton M112 used on Jag 4L V8 XKR/XJR pumps 1866cc/rev

An M90 run at 1:2 (200%) will give a theoretical 1 Bar on a 3L motor, real world manifold pressures are a lot less due to inefficiencies -

A lot depends on what CR you use, what psi you want to run, and whether you can adjust your fuel/ignition maps. A.G.Bell's book 'Forced induction performance tuning' is essential reading, HTH

dont know if this will help..

i contacted ac schnitzer when i had a problem with the drive pulley on my charger.. a replacement charger would have set me back £1500 so that gives a rough guide for a ac schnitzer charger set up
