Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and was hoping to get some advice. I'm thinking of supercharging my 2006 325i ive found a kit by active autowerke that looks perfect. Is there anyone on here who has done this to their BMW?

For the cost on an E9x you would be better off buying a well cared for 335i and mapping it. Doubt you would get anywhere near the 380bhp easily attainable on a 335i with a supercharged 325i ?

Active autowerke reckon that 345 bhp is easily achievable without lots of engine work. I've grown attached to the car and would like to give it the power it deserves rather than just replace it. It looks like it's going to cost around £3k and I'd probably need to put £5k to what I'd get for it to replace it with a 335i.
