After much head scratching, i have decided to go for a stage 1 supercharger from these people

    http://www.evo-s.co.uk/shop/6_3099_3743_3744_3745

Anyone have any experience of them, good or bad?

How much work will fitting one of their kits involve?

Is it the sort of thing i could do myself with help?

I dont plan on going for stage 2 or 3 but, you never know

good for you mate..done a shitload off research meself on superchargers a while bak..unfortunately couldnt afford one..most are bolt on..gpower is recognised as the most relliable on the market..ess twinscrew will giv you the most power and far superior torque..al tuning do the gpower for £4000 supplied and fitted..ess for 6k..but with the ess your lookin at an additional 100 bhp and 400-420 lbs off torque...thnk thegpower is an additional 75 bhp and torque on the 330 ci goes from stock 300lbs too 350lbs..so depends on how much power you want...the ess is differen as it givs far more pwer way lower down the power band...chek out a-l tunings site mate..they giv you all the performance figures too

The one i am looking at is 286bhp at stage 1 and 345 torque. Evolve sell it for £3999 which i assume is supply only.

Had a look on a-l tuning but couldnt see any mention of them doing g-power now.

I think they used the G Power one mate

Just wondering if the evolve price is a fitted price as if not a-l tuning are a lot cheaper.

Go for it mate , that kit is ok , i dont think there is a heat shield for airfilter and if i am you i will get better air filter ( the one included in that kit lets too much dirt to be sucked in the engine) but be prepared for big fuel consuption increase

    Money eating monster .
