    The only way you'll be able to cool the charge temps here is with some kind of water injection system I would have thought.

    These types of charger to inherently produce a massive amount of heat so it is something that needs to be addressed.

    i couldnt find the NRV part number, sorry. but i will have another look now you've prompted it

    i was running close to 11psi and charger temp was high, any more boost and you would not see the full benifit plus you run the risk of detonation.

    Water or meth injection is one way of cooling, or you could get a cooling plate that sits inbetween the blower and manifold.

    out of the box at 6psi, you're around the 185hp mark.
