What power would you say it's possible out of a stock M50B25 vanos with the VEMS ECU? Keeping things safe and reliable at the same time. And what the boost would be for that power?

Also, did you manage to finish your P'nP VEMS?

    Thanks
There are only two products required to make the universe work properly: Duct tape and WD40.

If it moves (and it shouldn't): duct tape.
If it doesn’t move (and it should): WD40.

    Everything else is just stuff.

    Hello.

500hp flywheel is the limit I would suggest to anybody, that means using ARP studs and MLS gasket.

The boost required depends on the turbo manifold you use and the turbo you choose. But in very general terms that would be about 1.5bar boost.

I´m getting the motronic connectors soon, then I´ll be finalizing the PnP system, I was selling adapter harnesses for normal VEMS´s but the cost of making a harness is just to
damn expensive vs what I´d sell it for. So I´m pushing to finish the PnP´s instead.
With great challenges comes great engineering.

Great news! Good luck with it.
