    ya could prolly buy a wrecked 330 and transplant engine and ECU etc the lot for less than turbocharging and tuning a stock M52 motor..it will drop straight in, its the same bloodline as the M52 engine anyway...only thing thats different is the 330 has an modified M3 crank to get the longer stroke to take it from a 325 to a 330 in displacement, they are all the same engine and bore size...the bigger cubic capacity is achieved thru the longer engine stroke on a 330 via the M3 crankshaft and modified pistons...


    me ide just buy a 330 and save meself the hassle but everybodys different
    330i sport a big chunk of berlin...

    Oh you have a e46, so forget that.
    And if you turbo your 323i the insurance will be more than a 330i.
    Unless you plan on not telling them, but then you would be an idiot.

    So is an induction kit, a decat and a remap the best way I will get power from it? And possibly a fan deletion

    I'm sorted for mot's mate or ill just swap the cat back over, do you know where I can buy just the de-cat pipes? Every where ive found is full systems or catbacks.
