i already have a uprated clucth and i have a brand new flywheel, they reccomend you to have your clutch uprated they said you dont need anything else doing, but i think i will do the intercooler and possibly a quaife diff next year. I dont think im going to have it running at full psi because i just blew my standard one but will have it going fast :-) i think the max psi is between 20-25. this is the site, it doenst have the 204bhp on the site but i rang them up and they can do it http://www.turbodynamics.co.uk/shop/...age=2&sort=20a

Standard 330d's the ecu can request those sort of boost pressures so looks a bit strange?

Are you going to dyno it to see what it makes? Is good fun

Feel sorry for the injectors if it does achive 300 odd hp.

haha like that yeh will get it dynoed some time next year, i will know roughly what it will be i had a old map at about 230 then one i got at a drag strip which was 250-260 did 6.1, 0-60 and felt alot faster, so if it feels a fair bit faster than that i reckon about 300. if the injectors go then will get bigger ones or might do next spring when my right foot gets heavy again. :-). other stuff i want to do before them

Got the turbo on now feels more responsive, got a pipercross panel filter aswell and swirl flaps taken out. Going to wait until I get my intercooler before I get a map. Makes a bit of a whistling noise when at high revs, the garage said it the rubber intercooler pipe not being good enough for the turbo said I need a samco one. So will let u know what's it's like in 2 months when I have the new intercooler and remap :-)
