Hi guys, new to the forums.

Recently bought a 2010 e82 120d coupe. Absolutely love it. Since buying have tinted back windows and other wanting to tweak a few more bits and pieces on the exterior now looking to improve performance.

Currently have a DTUK chip on it however not sure if this is the best option to get the maximum possible performance out of the car. Is currently running at around 211 from 177 bhp however not sure how accurate that is with the chip. Would a remap be more beneficial?

Looking at getting a new air filter kit and other bits however don't have a lot of knowledge in these areas. Without spending too much what would you guys recommend to improve performance?

Look forward to hearing from the experts!

    Pics to follow.

I wouldn't want to over stress a N47 diesel engine because of timing chain failure

Diesel tuning boxes don't normally make what they say they are meant to
I can Dyno test your 120d 177bhp on my Dyno dynamics rolling road with your box on then without your box so you can see the difference it makes

If need be after I can remap your car on the Dyno my way so you can see what the difference makes so you can post it and give your opinion on the 2

I normally see 220-225bhp with 340-350ft of torque after our remap

Here's an example of our work or if you Google bwchiptune 120d remap review
You will find loads of feed back
