    Hi just wondering the difference between a 118d 144bhp engine and 120d 177, think the 120d has a bigger turbo/ injectors and intercooler is there any think else that is different? Thanks

    you will be best of looking through the part numbers on www.realoem.com to see what is different and don't forget the ECU software is different too

    Ok thankyou I've bought the turbo and manifold, injectors and rail from a 120d 177 plus a uprated intercooler and dpf remove pipe was just going to get it stage 2 remap and injectors coded in before

    lookslike your all set but its a shame you wasted your money on a DPF removal pipe
    read the last post in this thread > DPF removal and remap
